December's goals
1. At or under goal
2. Drink water
3. Pre-plate and quit sticking my spoon into bowls for a little taste. All these little tastes are adding up to a lot of me.

1. Stay at or under my daily calorie target
2. Only eat measured portions while sitting down (No open bags or containers)
3. At least a 30 min workout per day - stretching, speed bag, weights, stationary bike
4. Pre-log as much as possible and every time I am eating out
