    19th: 5.27 miles purposeful walking, - MTD 74.44
    20th: 5.57 miles purposeful walking, - MTD
    21st: 7.71 miles purposeful walking, - MTD 87.75

Today included a 2.4 miles of run/walk with a local running club. They are putting on a C25k - free class and support. This is my make or break - next injury will be a sign from the goddess that I'm not meant to run. (Edited as I missed that last word off!)

@Dean: What great photos! I always love larches. We have a few around here and I enjoy picking them out on my runs or walks. The Tamarack are often exposed to a fungal canker because of a late frost. It injures the tree and opens it up to spore invasion resulting in tree death.

Yeah, picking off the deer one by one would not make my dad happy as he sits and watches them all day long. But two of my neighbors have been feeding them which makes them hang out here instead of moving throw their daily routes.

We are in for some snowfall this weekend so my snowshoes or cross country skis may finally get some use.
    Jan.21: 9.75 miles running 3.75 and walking 6 miles

    TTD: 200.41 miles

I started the trainer to late I think. Was not quite as pleasant. But I am piling up miles, but what is more important is my fitness this winter is tons better than previous winters. Except when I rode show horses, then we had an outdoor arena, and my trainer had us in all conditions. Like jumping fences in wind and snow, the dark and heavy rain. I kinda miss those days of trusting your horse to get you there.

    01/15 - 01.0 miles walking, a little leg stretcher
    01/16 - 17.0 miles cycling trainer
    01/17 - 01.0 miles walking
    01/18 - 02.0 miles walking
    01/19 - 16.0 miles cycling trainer
    01/20 - 01.0 miles walking
    01/21 - 02.0 miles walking
02/21 - 14.0 miles cycling trainer (and boy did that hurt)

    Total: 175.0 miles

OK, I haven't quite disappeared from the face of the earth!

The new job is great but hard work. Putting in 10-12 hour days delivering 2.5t of furniture (with a Porter) along with driving a lorry for 6+ hours is knackering.

Only getting 2 or 3 rides in a month as starting at 6 would Metin leaving at 4.45 to get to depot for 6.00 start.

Hoping to get more rides in as the weather warms, just need to keep checking the old pistons still work

@K80FLEC - Good luck with the C25K program! Best way to ease yourself into becoming a runner in my opinion!

@DCMAT - Yes, great to see you! Hope you get to mount your bike again soon.

Finally on the board with 6 miles out of 100. Had to get on the indoor trainer but at least it's a start.

Adding 3 miles for 9 out of 100. I think I might be able to tack on some more this evening. It's pretty slow at the clinic.

Adding another 6 miles for 15 out of 100.

Adding another 10 miles for 25 out of 100.

Adding another 9 miles for 34 out of 100.

Adding another 9 miles for 43 out of 100.

Adding another 6 on the XC skis. That makes 49 out of 100.

Adding 19 more miles for 68 out of 100.

Adding 3 more miles on the fat tire in the snow. The dog loved it! That's 71 out of 100.

Adding another 8 miles. My legs are cooked. I know it says running in place, but I was hauling butt up a big hill and then taking the long way home on my Spiders. (Fischer Spider 62 is a Back Country ski). That makes 79 out of 100. Don't expect much tomorrow.

Adding 6 more miles for 85 out of 100.

That is one very long day. I don't envy you there. Weren't you nursing a bad back? How did that handle the ride?
