    Congrats to anaconda and leanz on making goal!

    Adding 18 miles this week in with a combination of running, walking and cycling. I have a serious case of goal envy. I wish I had the miles in the bank and could just relax for the next 9 days, but alas I have lots of miles to do. At least it's a leap year, right?

    Feb. 20: What a fantastic day. The weather was absolutely beautiful. Got a nice long run in although I reinsjured my heel through stupidity. I caught an edge of a storm drain and that is all she wrote. Second error...forgetting my mid run fuel although, I had some Gatorade with me. My tank was empty even though I felt like I had sufficient carbs in my system. I guess it was a good lesson...either that or I am coming down with the flu. Wish I felt up to cycling. It was perfect weather for a long spin.
    Logging 14.23 miles today with a 9.1 mile run and 5.13 miles of walking with pups and warm up.
    TTD: 200.73 miles

    @clepant, ohhhh your poor body!! I felt sore & tired just reading your post! Be a good girl & be nice to yourself!

    After PiYo SWEAT (& yes I did sweat!) I rode the ex bike for 15 while listening to our local high school girls basketball team lose by 2 points! grrrr

    Walked w/DH and Bean this morning...we have Bean for a weekend puppy-sleepover...then I got on the recumbent for 45 mins and an episode of Covert Affairs then I went shopping! A good Saturday!

    2/19 - 2.38 miles
    2/20 - 7.13 miles
    2/20 - 12.50 bike miles

    Starting the month off right. 25 miles out of 150. Bike and XC skis. Gotta love winter. :smile:

    Adding another 6 miles on the XC skis. That's 31 out of 150.

    Adding another 3 miles on the XC skis. Skate skiing is TOUGH! I guess I just need more practice. That makes 34 out of 150.

    6 more miles on the hamster wheel. That's 40 out of 150.

    Adding 6 more miles for 46 out of 150. It was nice to start commuting again. I didn't expect that two weeks into February.

    Adding 16 more miles. It's good to be outside on the bike again but I forgot how hard it is to lug my fat carcass up the hills. :smile: That makes 62 out of 150.

    Adding another 15 miles for 77 out of 150.

    Adding 6 miles for 83 miles out of 150. Coming right along this month. :smile:

    Adding another 12 miles for 95 out of 150.

    Adding 6 more miles for 101 out of 150. Too bad they had to be inside but after weights, I was spent anyway so it's just as well. :smile:

    Adding another 12 miles for 113 out of 150. It was nice to have the road bike out again. :smile:

    Adding another 12 miles from an FTP test. Those really bite but if you don't know where you are, how do you know if you're getting where you want to be?

    @clepant - Sorry about the heal. I did that once time when I was in GTMO and it seemed to take forever to heal it up. Here's to a quick recovery...... again. :smile:

    @Dave - I'm with you on the rain. I don't mind it when it's -10 degrees but when it's 38 and raining, it's miserable.

    Beautiful Leanz! I wish I could find the time for even a local bike trail walk. Maybe Thursday (or Tuesday morning if I get out early).

    Kinda disappointed in myself for yesterday. I did get 2 miles in anyway. Here's to a better Sunday.

    19th: 4.5 miles purposeful walking, - MTD
    20th: 6.19 miles purposeful walking, walked over to my son's house to pick up my grandson - then home again. I was a bit 'damp' by the time I made it home!! Also did W5D2 of C25K - easing myself back into running - 1.66 road run - MTD
    21st: 3.94 miles purposeful walking, - MTD 113.01

    @clepant - No wonder you didn't feel like biking after logging 14 miles of running and walking. Sorry to hear about the heel.

    3 mile run this morning puts me back in the green. Lots more miles to go before I hit goal. Time to focus.
