B: Half a iced coffee from Starbucks with half and half and sugar free vanilla

Supper: Ranch pork chops in the crock pot and I'm going to attempt to make mashed cauliflower

I was out of town for a wake and just got home late last night so I'll play catch-up!
Saturday: B-Coffee w/ hwc L-iced coffee w/ cream D-bunless burger w/ swiss and mushroom, side salad w/ ranch. S-85% chocolate w/ cashew butter.
Sunday: B-Iced coffee w/ cream L-2 eggs, 2 slices of bacon, 2 sausage links D-Chipotle bowl w/ carnitas, chicken, cheese, sour cream, and guac (no rice or beans).
Monday-B- Peanut butter, coffee w/ hwc Brunch-2 sausage links, 2 small pieces of ham, green beans w/ bacon. L-Beach club Unwhich D-cheese cubes w/ meat from the deli, iced coffee w/ cream. S-85% chocolate and cashew butter.0 -
B - coffee
noonish onwards;
- vega protein shake w/water
- egg salad w/avocado
- baked chicken and spinach salad0 -
B- half a cup of coffee with HWC and a teaspoon of caramel sugar free syrup
S- bacon and a cheese stick
L- leftover ranch porkchops with broccoli and cheese

M2: I pretty much devoured half a rotisserie chicken with my bare hands
M3: cheeseburger w/ raw milk baby swiss cheese, mushrooms, tomato, baby greens, and a hot dog (pretty much all my carbs for the day )0 -

How did your mashed cauli turn out? I'm going to attempt tonight. Any tips?
We failed. Haha. My husband didn't get cauliflower and I was to hungry to worry about it. So I just had broccoli and cheese. I need to try it again.

Lunch: Greek stuffed pepper, pot roast, green beans (MIL's Easter dinner)
Dinner: Chicken and provolone lettuce wraps
Snacks: iced coffee with cream, tea with hwc, 90% chocolate and almond butter.0 -
Breakfast: Three eggs, two slices of bacon, and a slice of sharp cheddar cheese
Lunch: My "chicken salad salad". Chicken salad made with shredded chicken breast (for taste), mayo, and relish, on top of a large bed of spring mix salad, with low carb blue cheese dressing made from yogurt (Bolthouse Farms). And some left over teriyaki chicken my bf left in my fridge, about 3 oz, without too much sauce.
Snack: Another slice of cheese, and dill pickle slices
Dinner: Half a cup of mashed sweet potato (felt like I needed potassium), and I'm probably about to eat some left over salmon and a chicken leg right now.
Bedtime snack: I'll probably have some cottage cheese, and maybe more meat or bacon or something.
Probably nothing creative, but there ya go. I'm still easing into this but trying to stay below 50 grams of carbs.0 -

D : Possibly a chicken cobb salad...definitely something with chicken.
S: 90% chocolate and almond butter. Greek yogurt and berries if I have enough carbs.0 -

Breakfast - Avocado and boiled egg.
Lunch - 4 oz. Tuna, mayo and 2 oz. cheese.
Dinner -7oz. Grilled Steak loin with 1/2 c. spinach.
Snack - 1/2 c. strawberries and cream.0
