7.3 (131.4) I'm hovering over the 7's which my doctors say is pretty good. So, 'll say it too.
Yay!!! It seems to be pretty solidly there and the good news is not wildly fluctuating and seems to be more stable. Hope that you are feeling well!

Solid food is still a little iffy, but I'm getting there.

Take care Judy! If there is no reason like too many carbs etc and you don't feel good, maybe call the doctors office....you have been through a lot and your body under stress.

It's hard not to think of blood sugar results as a report card....it's just feedback about control. Don't take it like you failed or something...it's just how you are doing now. Everyone could make improvements in some areas and there may be tweaks needed for your medication as well. I think you are new at looking after your T2D so it's a learning curve too.
Don't be afraid...I thought all pleasure would be gone as far as food but nothing is further from the truth. I like what I eat now 100 times more and know my body benefits. Still treats and indulgences. Just a new and better way of living. The doctor who diagnosed me said that EVERYONE should eat like we need to. Do the best you can and take heart...you are not in this battle alone!!!!!

Awww, you're so sweet and encouraging! Thank you! I do keep messing up -- like Tuesday night, I fell asleep and didn't take my insulin. Really messed stuff up. :(

After a week of 130s it was down to 110. I don't know whether to trust the meter or not since food did not change at all.

Ugh, prednisone will raise your sugars. Feel better.

    Good on ya girls!!!

9.7 (167.4) Heavy on the carbs yesterday, and a late snack of chips. I was just craving them, so gave in. And, I feel fine this morning.
