    8.6 154.8 too many carbs yesterday. Back to watching what I put in my mouth today. I have a plan and I'll stick to it.

    Are you feeling under the weather? That will make it rise and also lack of enough sleep...I try not to eat after 8pm and find it helps.

    I agree with not eating later in the evening. I find eating after 7 or 730pm shows up in my blood sugar in the morning, even with a workout and a reasonable amount of carbs.

    93. Been doing real well the last few weeks. Doc just lowered both my Humalog and Lantus doses.

    Yep...it affects my sugar. The only time I eat late is if my bs is around low to mid 4's...because mind drops now overnight
