    90 min after was 4.8
Quite often my sugar will be lower than my fasting about 90 min after eating my first breakfast...kinda weird.

This is almost always true for me as well! I'm usually 8-10 lower after 1st breakfast.

5.1 (91.8) fasting and 3.7 (66.6) at 3 hours just before I was going to eat my second breakfast. The weird thing is I am only managed on diet and exercise...zero diabetic meds since April. Not sure what was up with that but it was the nausea and shaking that's the tip off..I eat hearty and have ~ 2000 calories daily as I do some strenuous exercise most days of the week. Hmmm well at least it comes back ok. I know blood sugar swings of any sort aren't good for you. The sweating too!

Wow! I've been completely off track. Lots of problems getting on MFP w/my smartphone since computer was back in the shape. Today was 111. My A1c jumped a little from 5.9 to 6.2. Doc says not to worry, but it's the first time it's gone up in 12 months. I was hoping it would go down.

Jane, don't you go out for a run before your second breakfast? That's probably what causes the low blood sugar. Maybe you should eat a bigger first breakfast? Or a snack after your run?

Okay so this morning my FBG was 15.4 (277.2) stratosphere number. So, I gave myself a good talking to, and now, after a breakfast of 2 boiled eggs and some watermelon, 35 minutes of exercise, tada 5.8 (104.4)

8.3 (149.4) a little high, but I think that's from late night pineapple.
