I almost talked myself into lowering my goal for this month. Well I am not going to do that. I have my turbo trainer as I am not supposed to ride the bike for 2 weeks (no one said I could not ride stationary LOL). So i will make it the hard way. Already did some hamster wheel miles today.

Wednesday I jogged 2 walked 1 then & later got on the ex bike for 23 miles.
This morning we are blessed with a COOL one so I took the furries for a 2 mile walk. I "plan" to do more Pop Sugar workouts today. Yes my @ss, quads & hips are feeling the workout from Tuesday. That's a good thing right? lol
I'll leave my goal as it is & if someone needs extra miles to reach theirs they can have em.

Can't believe I didn't join for August but I didn't see a post stating my goal for this month so going to do it now. If this is a duplicate, please forgive. Please set my miles for 60 this month. I'll get to posting the daily miles I've done so far.

Frustrated that I am falling further behind, but this time next week I should be hiking in the Smokey Mountains. I know that carefully strengthening my leg now will increase my chances of being able to hike next week.
Added 3.5 miles in the last two days for an August total of 59.25 miles
