Still at 156.5 lbs. this week. Lowered my calories to 1400 several days ago in an attempt to break the stall. Hopefully, next week I'll see some downward movement again.

    Starting this 8/17
Starting weight (since joining MFP): 262lbs
    Current weight: 185.6 lbs
    Goal weight (for now): 170lbs
    8/24 : 186

I slipped over my weekend, lucky that it wasn't a total bender! I am happy about such minimal gain.

This is so amazing! I was afraid I would be doing this all on my own, as my children simply refuse to even try keto. But today for the first time I truly see that I am not alone. Before beginning keto last Friday (yep not even a week yet) my blood sugars were out of control. No matter how much I exercised, or what I ate. Was craving complex carbs all the time and had the energy of a slug. Now 6 days into keto I have energy to spare, blood sugars are AWESOME, (94 this morning with no night meds) I don't know if my weight has changed any, because I don't own a scale, but would like to share my starting weight and my goal weight.

@trish55011 You are absolutely not alone! We're all here with you and ready to support one another. I'm so happy to hear that your energy has already begun to soar and that your cravings and especially your blood sugars are under better control. Keep up the good work!!

Me too! I went out for dinner last night and had a mouth watering lobster and avocado salad. It was so rich and delicious and completely fit into the WOE.

So exciting seeing everyone's progress! I unfortunately have had some issues with stomach ulcers - spent the month of July living off crackers and sprite and lots of nausea meds  but finally felt that this was the week to get back on track and have lost 2lbs already! Whoop!

    SW: 256lbs (3/7/16)
    Today's Weight: 211
    Total Weight Lost: 45lbs
    Current Goal: Get into One-derland!!!!

New to this. I went keto for 2 months over the summer and lost 30 pounds. Then I joined a gym where the trainer continued to say that i wouldnt lose weight once I added carbs in. I took a month off and only gained .5 of a pound without exercise (because im the type that has to prove people wrong) so now im back to lose the rest of my weight. I think once I hit goal, Ill always stay under 100-120g of carbs per day. I truly like this WOE. At the moment, im on limited dairy, but i do eat some cheese (if its part of a dish).

SW (MFP Weight): 250 (I started my MFP profile in 2011 but was 250 on 2/15/16 when I restarted my weightloss journey)
CW: 177.6 (just restarted keto today)
    GW 12/24: 148
UGW (Hopefully by 4/17 when im in New Orleans): 125

    Im 5'4"

I graduate from college in May of next year and I want to hit my ultimate goal of 125 by then. Im 22 so I want to get my weight under control now, before i hit the real workforce (Elementary Education Major).

Right now, I dont have any major loose skin, but I can pinch a small amount of my belly and its all skin. I am terrified of loose skin, so I have started a lifting routine. Hopefully it all sorts itself out by next summer, but I was told by my insurance that loose skin is life threatening and they would pay for most of the surgery, if needed.

ARRGGGHHH! Gained 6 lbs. I know why - stress snacking on junk. Even staying in my goals I know I need to back off eating some of this stuff I'm eating. I've also become slacking with the food scale. I'd gotten really good at eyeballing 4 ounces of meat but well...we know how that goes. And I stopped walking (again). I went from 5 miles almost every day to about 4000 steps a day. With my back hurting and the stress of this refi/appraisal as well as stupid stuff going on - my ISP not working properly so it's tough to get my job done, the central air freezing up and needed cleaned out, blah blah blah...life stuff... I'm a food mess and need to stop having "treats" and so freaking much cheese.

    So here we go:

    5'10"
    SW 258
    CW 225
Last week weight 219 - grumble.

    Started 2nd week of Feb

    SW - 242
    CW - 209.6
    GW (initial) - 170 (13% BF)
    GW (2nd) - 185

I actually weigh daily. It helps me keep accountable to myself. The second goal is my planned keto "bulk", after I kill the fat, that involves a lot of pick things up and put them down. I know my lean mass (148 lbs) due to regular bod pod readings, so BF% is more my true goal than an actual weight.

    6/15 - 208.6 lbs - 28.6% BF

    6/22 - 208.0 lbs - 28.3%

    6/29 - 205.9 lbs - 27.6% BF

    7/6 - 204.2 - 27% BF (149 lbs lean mass)

I actually say 203.2 earlier this week, but I think I am holding a bit of stress weight from a couple of awful days at the office.

    7/13 - 200.8 - 25.7% BF (149 lbs lean mass)

    GW: 170ish - ~10% BF

Still cruising along with the fat loss. Its about time for another BodPod measurement to get updated numbers and make sure my lean number is still accurate.

7/20 - 198.2 (onederland!!) - 25.8% be (147 lbs of lean mass per body pod yesterday)

7/27 - 199.8 - 26.4% BF - Bit of a rebound, had a couple carby meals this week, with one last night, so there may be some water retention.

8/3 - 197.6 - 25.6% BF (147lbs lean) - Back on the loss train, although, I do keep bouncing around the 197 mark, maybe it's another one of my body's "set points". I had one at 210 until I finally broke through after a month.

8/10 - 196.8 - 25.3% BF (147 lbs lean) - Not bad, hopefully I keep trending down. This is the lowest I have seen on the scale since starting the weight loss plan

8/18 - 198.0 - 25.8% BF (147 Lean) - Back up this week - I need to curb the drinking, I think that is whats been holding me back. Its keto approved booze, but Ive been doing 4-5 nights a week due to dating and social activities....or I could take up running to make up the difference.

8/24 - 196.6 - 25.2% BF (147 Lean) - Well, 3 days of not drinking definitely helps. Im not drinking the rest of the week, so I think I'll get a true idea of what my true weight is with out the inflamed hangover state.

8/31 - 196.6 - 25.2% BF (147 lean) - Still flat - Ate an entire medium pizza Sunday to help with a raging hangover, its been the biggest cheat I've had since March. Same as last week, need to cut down the summer fun a bit.

Just coming off special lady time ;) and I'm hovering between 168 - 169 pretty much every morning. No loss for a couple of weeks now.

I'm trying to eat intuitively rather than recording every single thing, and I'm not gaining at least, but I find myself habit eating. Right now it's time to be making breakfast, and I was just standing in the kitchen thinking to myself why am I going to make myself bacon and eggs with hollandaise sauce when I'm not even hungry?

Watch though, right before its time to leave for work I will suddenly be hungry and have no time to make it... LOL I was thinking, since I know I have a company lunch today anyway, to maybe just stick with coffee and HWC this morning, and forego my daily bacon and eggs.

Last night I wasn't hungry at dinner time, but I'd made dinner so I ate it. And I had a sugar free jello with whip cream after! Why did I eat all that when I wasn't hungry?? Just because it was dinner time?

Scale has been bouncing around between 252 - 255 all week. I haven't lost much lately but pants are definitely a lot looser so maybe I've gained some muscle.

So I have questions. I have my goal for fat set at 140 grams. I find it hard meeting that a lot. All I have read says eat fats, meet fat goal, meet fat macros, etc. So, am I okay to not meet it?
