Sunshine finally and cleaned up yard from storm damage so I'm a little late on posting for the last three days...today was 98, 9/6=105, 9/5=107, 9/4=115.2

FBS is down to 112 today, but I'm fighting a swimmer's ear infection. My balance is off, so it's back to walking with my cane for awhile.1

4.4 this morning and that's probably due to my late night 5K run but I ate a kashi bar and 1/2 slice of chia bread w PB on it around 11pm. I was nervous but I knew my sugar was likely to tank due to the vigourous effort. I am glad I ate. Normally nothing past 9....0

Today 7.9 (142.2) A little high, but I had a very restless sleep last night. For some reason, the pain in my side was soooo intense I was crying out loud.
It feels better this morning though.
