Finished the last day of videos. Finally watched the challenging version and that was not what I expected! lol! Definitely can't do that one!1

I still have one day of radio taiso and 20 sumo squats to do tomorrow. And stay under my calories fpr the last day. So all in all it looks good that I will make it!
And I have beaten the bug and am almost back to normal3 -
My husband sat and played video games for awhile today, and I took that time to walk around our neighborhood and get some exercise videos done. I'm so glad that I chose to stay active today instead of spending the whole day sitting on my bum playing games. We are a huge gaming family, so this was really hard for me, but this challenge gave me a reason to walk away from the computer and get my workouts done instead. Not that I didn't play any at all today, because I did, but only after I got up and moving. So, thank you, Team 6, for motivating me to not have a lazy Saturday!
I'm going to do my best to have a very active Sunday too and try to max out my minutes, but no promises! But, that's my goal! We can do this Team 6!4 -

All challenges for this week complete - I even had my mother up doing the radio taiso routine with me last night lol! I haven't done much in the way of minutes but my nana gets out of hospital tomorrow (finally!) so I should have more time to workout now that I won't be spending all my time up there5

So glad that your Nana is getting out of the hospital! That's awesome! My Papa just came home from hospital yesterday from a bypass surgery. It's a good weekend to be getting out of the hosptial!3

That's great news! To be honest although I'm happy she's getting home but I'm slightly apprehensive about it too. She broke her arm/wrist while in hospital and so far she's managed to pull 2 casts off! I'm a bit worried she'll do it at home too (she has dementia so she doesn't realise what she's doing). Plus, I'll have to keep on my toes to make sure she actually rests and takes it easy instead of trying to do things she shouldn't

I managed to get some extra workouts in today. The rain stopped so i got out for a 3mile run after work. MAN that felt good. I never thought running would have been a FUN activity for me..LOL I also got in a little extra walking at work during the "down time". Next week i am returning to a regular exercise routine so my numbers should improve a little.
