    Sorry team! I'm sick this week. I'm just trying to survive at this point, but I figured even though I can't exercise much, I can at least make a list for 5 points and healthier lifestyle!

    1 Drink more water
    2 Count calories more often (every other week or so)
    3 Eat more "colors"
    4 Exercise in a variety of ways
    5 Try to include my family in my exercise adventures
    6 Be active everyday
    7 Encourage others (friends and family) in their healthy life choices
    8 Eat sweets in moderation
    9 Get enough sleep

    I was able to complete the stairs challenge in spite of my illness. Hurray for lots of stairs in my house and cleaning up after my kids!

    For Challenge 2, I did the Kyoto, Japan Train Like A sumo wrestler, 140 sumo squats
    I choose it because it was the least time consuming;

    For Challenge 3
    8 Lifestyle Changes
    1. Drink 16ozs of water daily
    2. Walk 10,000 steps daily.
    3. Eat at least 4 vegetables daily.
    4. Eat at least 1 fruit daily.
    5. Sleep at least 7hrs
    6. Complete a guy class
    7. Do another 5k
    8. Sign up for another fitness challenge

    Challenge # 2 - I went back to Transylvania and did all the Videos again. They were fun. I did them with the preschoolers again and we just laugh and laugh! They are so inspiring and always in awe of everything! Plus they love the videos too!

    Challenge # 3 - 8 Lifestyle Changes
    1. Eat more protein
    2. Drink water
    3. Eat more veggies
    4. Track food
    5. Exersice 6 days
    6. Weight training
    7. Get sleep!!
    8. Learn to cook more meals at home

    Something new....I'm signed up for a Warrior Dash so new kinds of training!
