    01/18 - 20.0 miles CycleOps Fluid 2 Trainer (tried cadence training, just feeling blah today)
    01/19 - 20.0 miles CycleOps Fluid 2 Trainer (big gear, cadence around 60, 14 mph last 5 miles, hard to not go fast in that config)

    Adding 1 mile. Part of it was a couple of laps in HIIT class. The instructor said you can walk/jog one lap or sprint 2 laps. And while jogging one sounded lovely, everyone takes off sprinting, so even at my age, peer pressure kicks in and I did two, both times we were on the track. I guess it's a good thing :wink:

    @kar328 Ah peer pressure. :D I don't think that ever completely goes away. I think I need few more "hey let's take a walk" peers and a few less "hey let's watch TV" peers myself. ;)

    I did OK yesterday, but I've become a wimp about going outside. Thank goodness for the treadmill. I just can't stay warm outside recently, and 50F is not that cold. In fact, it's pretty warm for some. :) I hope this isn't a sign I'm trying to catch something.

    Added 3.25 miles for a January total of 48 miles.

    20 miles is running, the rest is walking. I also did 4 strength sessions with light weights. It doesn't yield any mileage but I'm happy I did them
