    Things are on target. I'm sick and have no appetite, but also on lots of herbal support so I feel all puffy like I'm retaining a bunch of water...the scale is still doing it's yo-yo thing, but whatever.

    Another 1.8 this week. 14.4 overall. Really wanting to hit the 15lbs lost soon. Not too far away. I do another weigh in on Friday for a competition I have at work, so hopefully I will have made it past by then.

    I keep going up & down 1-2 lbs over the last week. today I am up. I need to get some digestive things moving & tighten up my tracking/eating to really get into full ketosis. I am only mildly there I think. Gotta stop whining & start doing! Woop Woop

    After the first week (10 pounds) I currently loose 3 pounds a week, but that will probably also slow down. We'll see.

    The scale is still doing it's yo-yo thing, but whatever...my love handles are definitely slimming down some...I'm in maintenance calories for the next two weeks which is a special kind of heaven for me!!!

    GW: 132 (range 129.6-134.1) - I'm not really concerned with weight, I'm focused primarily on reducing my BF even if my weight stays the same or even increases. My current BF is 26% and I would like to get it to 23%. I am starting to add exercise alternating cardio and strength training.

    I'm up to 134 this morning; goal range is 130-133. Moving average is 132.9, I ate more than my usual amount of carbs this weekend and AF is threatening to start any minute. If this doesn't drop down within a week I'll go back to a deficit for a week or two.
