CW: 136.2 - Over the weekend I saw one day I was at 134.6 and then it went back up to 135.6 and 136.2 x2 days

GW: 132 (range 129.6-134.1) - I'm not really concerned with weight, I'm focused primarily on reducing my BF even if my weight stays the same or even increases. My current BF is 26% and I would like to get it to 23%. I am starting to add exercise alternating cardio and strength training
Apparently, my lightest weight for the week always falls on a weekend and Wednesday always seems to be my heaviest day lol.

CW: 135.8 - After seeing the 134.6 last week, I was really hoping to see that number again today so I could have a more significant drop to report and to be reporting at my lowest weight. After 134.6 I went up to and stayed at 136.2 for several days. Then I saw a drop to 133.8 over the weekend. Of course, come Weigh in Wednesday I'm back up to 135.8. But I guess 0.4 in a week is still a loss. I have also been going to the gym more and TOM is coming so maybe I have a little extra water. Boy do I hate the scale.

I wouldn't really say you are stalling. You lost 10 lbs the first 10 days which is normal to lose that much because you are shedding a lot of water. Then progress slows but does not stall after you water has been shed. You began to lose 1 lb body fat per week and this past week you lost 3 lbs. That's incredible progress.4 -

I still feel like things are on target. My weight is up, but I have these enormous tatas, so I know it's PMS and not likely anything else. I'm cruising this week and next, enjoying the life of maintenance calories and the nice weather. It will be back to deficit eating in March.3 -
My scales died this morning... Probably just the battery; I certainly haven't broken them!
Monday's readings were:
SW - 230lb
CW - 202lb
GW - 172lb
With not being able to weigh I got the tape measure out. I've lost 2.5" from my neck in total, another half inch from my hips and an inch from my waist. Pretty pleased with that!5 -

That's a great NSV. As a gal, I remember how my necklaces "got longer" with weight loss. Necktie wearing guys probably really notice it in their button up shirts!

I been stuck between 187-189 for most of January and February. So I was super excited to see the scale move today. Working on a mini goal of 179 to get into obese class 1. From there going to work on getting to just overweight(153lbs). But overall I'm pleased with the way I'm looking even with the scale being stuck.6 -

I think I'm holding on to some water weight after our brutal 7 mile trail run at the canyon on Saturday. I was 187.3 on Sunday, so it's coming off. I feel amazing though, so there's that!2 -

CW: 133.8 - 10 lbs in exactly 2 months though after a high carb vacation in December I think 4 lbs of my 144 was water weight because I very quickly dropped those once I started keto again. So probably more realistically it's more like a drop from 140 or 138 to 133.8 which I am still happy with.

(We have a new scale that seems to run 0.8 lbs higher than our old one so I guess really more like 134.2)
Goal range: 128-133
Frustrated b/c I have 3 extra lbs that jumped on a few weeks ago that do NOT want to seem to come back off, and it's absolutely affecting clothing fit. I'm eating at a deficit again but might try lowering carbs below my usual weight loss range to see if that helps, since I'm thinking this must be mostly water weight/bloat. It's been hanging on since Feb 11.0 -

Was 149 yesterday....Have been bouncing back and forth between 149 and 150 for a week or two now.....Hasn't bothered me though....Maintenance has always been an issue with me and I feel like I could actually accomplish it through this WOE....I do want to lose a couple more lbs though.....

My Start weight Jan 1st 2017: 294lbs
Today weight : 272lbs
Total loss: 22lbs
However my highest weight was: 320lbs (so ashamed of that)
So overall total loss is : 48lbs !!

Been weighing in on the work scale. Switching to home scale now.
SW 1/19/17: 250.2
CW 3/1/15: 234.0.
Total loss to date 16.2lbs in 6 weeks.
Don't know final goal weight yet as things like clothing size snd fit are more important to me right now. However by 3/26 Would like to bee down another 8 lbs.9 -
