Seen all manner of weight fluctuation over this past week, from a high of 158.4 (yesterday), to a low of 152.9. It doesn't surprise me, given the change from doing nothing, to lifting (or some form of resistance training) every day for the last week and a half or so. Already starting to notice a lot of musculature being brought back to life, from it's previously unused state. Going to run for another couple of weeks before I bother photo updating my bulk thread though.

I said I was going to maintain for a while, here it is. Surprising, as I've had a terribly stressful week and turned to carbs twice (family member at end of life ). It will get worse before it gets better (the end) for her, so it's important to work through the acceptance of this situation.
I'm not even worried about my indulgences at all, as it doesn't even matter compared to the events unfolding. I will stay steady and remember to nourish my body the best I can to remain strong for the family.

I had gotten down to 131.0 by Friday but the scale randomly bounced up to 133 on Monday and has only gone back down to 132.6.
Normally I wouldn't care much since I'm in my goal range but my DietBet final weigh-in is today/tomorrow and for that I need to be 132.5 with clothes on. Which I was totally on track for if not for this random bounce-up! (My weights are always first thing in the morning, after peeing and before eating or drinking anything, zero clothes. I hate confounding variables. )1 -

I had a few times where I went off track (skinny girl margarita with the gals... then Damn you tortillas and salsa! and Movie theater Popcorn. I took a starch blocker both times to limit the damage, but I know when I do that I 1) Stall for a day or more 2) get super constipated. so now, I haven't pooped in like 4 days. Maybe when I do I will shed a few lbs! Back on the bandwagon, no more of this stepping out of line B.S. I want to get into the 180's already!0 -

Started this journey in 2013. It took a few years to get down to 136. That was a year ago and 11 pounds crept back on. Actually they didn't creep. I ate my face off. Got diagnosed with a wheat allergy and leanr d that nachos and ice cream don't have wheat. So ate them. A lot of them, lol.
Trying to get back in track. I feel so much better living this lifestyle!
