    It's Wednesday!!!

    SW: 192
CW: 173.7 (down 3.1 lbs from last week. Down 2.1 from my lowest yay)
    GW: 155

I'm not sure how much of this week's weigh in is because of the immense stress and high anxiety I've had in the last week so we'll see what the scale does next week.

Final days of shark week. Up 3lbs from last Wed but I'm assuming it's water weight because yesterday I was 251. I am so ready for the 240s.. :P

Oh right, it is Wednesday. Well, since I've not posted this anywhere previously, I'll start here.

    6/22- 155.1
    6/29- 152.3

Still dropping faster than I'd like, even after pushing the kcals up to 1700 per day, and having a couple of notably higher days during food prep.

    6/29 - 152.3
    7/6 - 151.2

Going to let it ride for one more week and adjust to slow down as needed.

    7/6 - 151.2
    7/13 - 151.9

About what I was hoping to see this week, though well within a margin of error either way. Going to see how the trend runs over the next two months, making slight adjustments every couple of weeks.

    7/13 - 151.9
    7/20 - 151.5

Getting pretty static, and I'm seeing about what I would expect. Going to hold this caloric level (1700) for another couple of weeks and see how it runs.

    7/20 - 151.5
    7/27 - 151.2

Still running well within the expected range, and seeing extremely low variance during daily weigh-ins.

    7/27 - 151.2
    8/3 - 150.1

Welp, time to average and adjust upward.

    8/3 - 150.1
    8/10 - 154.0

Going from completely sedentary to lifting six times per week, and being more active outside of that than I have ever been, is definitely having a clear impact on weight fluctuation. Feels good though. Looking forward to seeing how the upward trend actually runs, now that I am running a surplus.

    8/10 - 154.0
    8/17 - 155.4

Seen all manner of weight fluctuation over this past week, from a high of 158.4 (yesterday), to a low of 152.9. It doesn't surprise me, given the change from doing nothing, to lifting (or some form of resistance training) every day for the last week and a half or so. Already starting to notice a lot of musculature being brought back to life, from it's previously unused state. Going to run for another couple of weeks before I bother photo updating my bulk thread though.

    8/17 - 155.4
    8/24 - 158.5

Continuing with the pretty rapid fluctuations and swings, though I am seeing a defined upward trend. Going for a couple of more weeks before tinkering with anything. Lifts are up, measurements are acceptable, and calipers haven't changed much. I'll take it, for now.

    8/24 - 158.5
    8/31 - 158.1

Weight has started to stabilize a bit. I should be able to get a better grasp on things from here forward. Still going to mostly be watching the tape, calipers, and my emerging abdominals.

    8/31 - 158.1
    9/7 - 162.5

Weight has stabilized at this exact point for the last few days, after a pretty strong falloff following my last refeed. This is likely the set point where I can finally start judging how intake is affecting weight, while also watching composition via tape and calipers.

    9/7- 162.5
    9/14- 167.5

You never realize just how much water you put away, until a gallon only makes your shakes and PWOs for the day, and you still have a half-gallon of Coke Zero involved.

    9/14 - 167.5
    9/21 - 168.7

Had to make some adjustments, and temper the intake. Putting in way more fat than I am comfortable with, given the rate of muscular accumulation.

Starting weight was 280. I got down to 239/240 with LCHF last year. This year I had some life upsets (two surgeries and a move across country) push me back up to around 267. 25 gained back pounds. Blah!

Now I've been back in for about two weeks and I'm hardline committed. Not only did the weight come back but so did my diabetes. I'm back on the metformin I worked so hard successfully to get off of. My a1c went up two points. So far I've lost 10 pounds this time around. My blood sugars are good and hopefully my energy will rebound soon!

    Starting 280
    Goal 160
    Second Starting ;) 267
    Current 257

GW - was 175, but I am thinking staying right around 180 might be right. I have been stuck within a pound of this for a while and decided to check body fat %. At 179, it was right at 18%. Given I am a middle aged man with a desk job, I just don't think going below that is reasonable and I don't want to lose muscle.

GW-Hoping I will know when I get there, HAHA.... I am fairly tall at 5'9" so anything under 150 pounds doesn't look so healthy on me. My first NSV will be to get into the 160's and then we will see :D

Stressful week and reduced appetite has lead to a 4lb loss - while I'm very happy with the loss I know it wasn't achieved in a healthy way....here's hoping it stays off!

Goal weight anywhere between 110-130. I just want to be healthy.

I'm 23 and 5' with narrow bone structure. Been doing low carb for almost 2 weeks and have noticed a lot of good changes. I'm so excited to see where this journey takes me.

I lost quickly the first 2-3 weeks. I've been bouncing up and down since then. I'm trying to focus on the trend, not the daily weight.

UGH, I am up 1 pound from last week as of today... thank goodness weigh in wasn't Monday because I was up more :( Had family in over the weekend and definitely splurged. And will have to admit I caved and ate 1/3 of an apple fritter this morning which has left me dreaming of other things I would love to eat today (nothing on plan of course) - disappointed in myself especially since I actually brought breakfast this morning, eggs with cheese, yet chose 1/3 of a donut instead. So again, just UGH!

Hello... I'm new to this thread but I'd like to join in for the accountability and support! I've yo-yo'ed up and down from 220's to 180's for the past ~ 10 years... the higher end of that range for the past ~ 4 years. Highest weight was 263 when I left for the hospital 38w3d with twins... got back down to 190's pretty quickly but have struggled to stay under 200 ever since.

Coming out of induction phase so I know my loss so far has been a lot of water and it will slow in the coming weeks. Just have to stay focused and not get discouraged.

    Good morning!!

    SW 251.8
    Last Week 192.4
    Today 191.6 (Down 60 lbs!!!!!)

My goal is to be down to 175 by Thanksgiving, that means I have 12 weeks to lose 16.6lbs. I think that's very do-able. I hope everyone is having a Happy Hump Day!!

Today I am at 196.4lbs, up a little more than 5 lbs. I know I ate way to much in general and went way over my carbs on Sunday and Monday. I have been back on track since yesterday and should see things starting to move back down by tomorrow. I'm sure it will take several days since there is likely a little fat gained as well as water weight. Now I have 11 weeks to lose 21.4 lbs, still doable and I'm going to do it.

Feeling good this week. I lost the 5+lbs that I had gained over Labor Day weekend (silly water retention) and dropped a bit more. Down to 189.8 today, that's 62lbs since I started in March of 2015. Moving along at a nice, healthy pace and feeling good. 10 weeks until Thanksgiving and now just 14.8lbs to lose to get to my goal. I'm 5'2", just for reference.

    Have an awesome week friends!!

I overdid it on the weekend again, but didn't gain as much and it's coming off pretty fast. I'm at 190.6 as of today so I'm still pretty happy with where I am. I have to learn to plan my weekends better, especially when there are family functions involved.

@PaleoInScotland I'm stuck around the same spot, my body won't let go of these lbs and let me get into the 240s! I'm hoping my weigh in tomorrow is better and just lets go of it like yours did.
