I can't bring myself to take pictures of my food. But it looks much like some of this stuff. Just not as delicious.2

I had a kitchen sink of a salad and turkey Italian sausage with tomatoe sauce and grilled onions. I would post pictures but I don't know how from my phone.0

Saw this on Keto Connect today and had to give it a try! This will be my go to low carb pizza. Crust was delicious and crunchy.
Crust made with 10oz canned chicken, 1 egg, 1 oz parmesan.
Here is a picture of the pizza I made right out of the oven.

Grass fed beef burger fried in 1 tsp bacon grease, 1 tsp grass fed butter. Topped with Moore's original Buffalo sauce, deli sliced gouda, and avocado slices. Rolled up in a Romaine leaf.

No Sad Desk Lunch here. Egg salad stuffed avocados, made entirely at work.11 -
Oh that egg salad in avocado looks good!
Roast caribou from the night before, with some sliced veggies. This meat is very lean, so what you don't see in this picture, is that I slathered it in butter when I ate it hot out if the oven, but also when I eat it cold.
I was gifted this meat that was hunted in Nunavut, Canada and it was delicious, tastier than deer and very tender. This animal belongs to the reindeer family.7 -
@Kitnthecat, those tomatoes and cucumbers look awesome. Drools. I am so looking forward to spring and planting my little garden.1

Lol, they were good, just store bought though. They were the hothouse tomatoes though and the cucumber tasted very fresh.1

This is a omelette with bacon crumbles and spinach and mushrooms sauteed in bacon grease with justa dash of tomatoes then tomatoes and sour cream on top and i mix sour cream into eggs instead of milk. You can beat in cream cheese instead of sour cream also. [https://drive.google.com/file/d/18hPE_6f2lPGmN12sJEZ_dUaeaHfXEZzjFQ/view?usp=drivesdk][/code]0

Big Mac Sauce is Thousand Island Dressing. Mix mayo, ketchup and sweet pickle together. Or just put a bit of each on your food. Ta da!1

Bacon wrapped egg stuffed meatloaf with coleslaw, lettuce and avocado
What do you use as your coleslaw dressing? I've been craving it big time but too many carbs how I used to make it0 -
I just used some mayo on the coleslaw. Sometimes I add a bit of homemade pickle juice to the mayo before mixing it into the coleslaw.1

I make my own mayo using olive oil and flax seed oils.... they're both high in Omega-3, and the eggs are pure protein... little salt, lemon juice and maybe a hint of mustard. It takes me minutes to make it, and it keeps in the fridge for a couple of days. If it lasts that long, that is!
I should have photographed my dinner yesterday evening.... stuffed Romano peppers and cauli rice. My H. hates peppers. Can't stand cauliflower. he cleared his plate before I did....!!0
