Sorry, it is as just a thrown together of left overs. I had red and green cabbages, I peeled the red into full leafs to use as wraps. Sliced the green cabbage and some red onion and tossed it in low carb ranch dressing. I layered the red cabbage, green cabbage slaw, and then topped with pulled pork. (My husband smokes meats often and I had some in the freezer.) my husband had the idea of adding pickles and it was awesome!!!5 -

Strip steak covered in bleu cheese with mushrooms cooked in garlic oil.
(Normally cook them medium-ish, this one ended up medium to medium well-ish, was a bit thinner than my normal ones. Still delicious, just a bit drier than it should have been.)22 -

Here is the recipe i found. I added 1/2 cup almond flour and 1 tsp almond extract to the crust as suggested in the comments. I also used 1/2 cup Swerve sweetener (doesn't taste like chemical mess) instead of the 3/4 cup stevia granulated sweetener.
Make sure you bake the crust for 5-6 min at 350, let it cook completely before adding the cheesecake mixture on top.8 -
Ack! I goofed on my last post. I added 1/2 cup of COCONUT FLOUR!!! And you let the crust COOL completely...4

Last night's dinner (taco salad - no chips)... and I did end up with just over 20 hours fasted yesterday (thank you, Fathead Pizza). I will probably end up with the same today as I will be going to bed in a few minutes and it's already 12 hours since I last ate.

Or at least a a happier Keto-girl!
Just make sure you add the coconut flour and some extract to the crust, then bake the crust for 5 min. Let cool completely then pie the cheesecake filling in. And use Swerve sweetener! It is the key! This stuff is heaven sent!1
