I hit my lowest weight since October. Ive lost about 16 of the 25 I want to relose. Then get back to maintenence in September. So far, after about 6 months of stopping and starting, I'm sticking with my plan and it seems to be working.

Did a 3 and half day water Fast from Friday night to Tuesday morning and it was great. It brought me down from 173.9 to 169.8. And today I was down another 0.3 lbs. according to my scale I'm also down almost a whole body fat percentage.3 -

Oh dear hate to say it but I am too European!! Only weigh myself and food in grams and kilos!! Have to keep converting everyone else's weights. I started at 92k in May,lost half kilo this week, now at 83.7. Would like to get to 75k but more than that to reduce HB1ac and amount of Metformin I take.1
