I think that is the power of daily weighing - if you can do it for a few months and not freak out over the gains, you definitely see the patterns. Knowing your patterns, takes away the worry over gains.

    Truthhhhhhh!

^^This! So glad I weigh-in everyday because it's helpful to me and does indeed lessen the worry over gains. :-)

    Well, here we go again...
October 2- 227 lbs, pretty much where I started last time. Along with falling off OMAD, I also had to stop exercising due to injury which is where I attribute most of the backsliding to.

You can do it Jason, this last year I had to lose 10-lbs 3-times and 5-lbs twice. You will get there!

Well, it's been a long time, almost 10 months now. I started IF with a 16:8 on July 24th, and went back to OMAD on 6 August. It was easier getting back on track this time, I have made it all days with a strict OMAD!. Here are the numbers:
    27 Feb 17 - 225.8
    06 March 17 - 224.2
    13 March 17 - 217.6
    20 March 17 - 214.2
    27 March 17 - 214.3
    31 March 17 - 216
    3 April 17 - 213.3
    10 April 17 - 212.5
    17 April 17 - 212.6
    25 April 17 - 211.2
    7 May 17 - 210.2
    15 May 17 - 212
    22 May 17 - 211.6
    31 May 17- 208.4
    New Scale
    12 July 17 – 219.6
    17 July 17 – 216.4
    24 July 17 – 214.0
    31 July 17 - 216.8
    7 August 17 - 217.2
    24 July 18 - 233.4
    30 July 18 - 228.0
    6 August 18 - 228.8
    13 August 18 - 224.0

I am still doing strength training 3 times a week.

    24 July 18 - 233.4
    30 July 18 - 228.0
    6 August 18 - 228.8
    13 August 18 - 224.0
    20 August 18 - 220.4

Although these numbers are good, after reading Delay, Don't Deny, I have went back and started averaging my weight for the weeks. The point made in the book is your number from Friday to Friday may go up, but it you weigh daily and average weekly, and do a clean fast between OMADs, your numbers will go down. So my averaged numbers look like this:
    29 July 18- 230.7
    5 August 18- 228.8
    12 August 18- 225.3
    19 August 18- 221.5

Appetite correction has kicked in and it feels really good to be back to eating OMAD. We had my daughters Sweet 16 party this weekend, and it was nice to be able to eat all of the food I wanted, including cake, and not worry about it, since I just had the 1 meal that day. Friday night we did stay up until about 1 in the morning prepping for the party, and I broke down at midnight and ate again because I was so hungry... it showed on the scale the next day. One day of OMAD following my slip brought me right back on track!!

Happy 16th Birthday to your daughter! :) I love OMAD as I can eat whatever I want with my family and I don't crave for food as I am satisfied. Congrats on getting back on track! You doing so well! :)
