During my fast I am only having water or black coffee, and it really helps with appetite control. I hit my OMAD all week, and feel like this is just natural now!1 -

Not a lot to report, when OMAD is going well, it is pretty boring. Appetite correction is in full swing, so there are really no cravings outside of my window, and I am very rarely hungry even when it is time to eat. I believe the weight loss will slow down pretty soon, I am amazed it has kept such a rapid pace, I must have had more "extra fuel" to burn than I thought!

Hurt my back on Tuesday and my numbers started to go up, in the end it averaged out as a loss (barely). Still clean fasting and having OMAD.1 -

I am still waiting on a stall, goal weight is 195, so I expect to slow down soon.
