Listening to your body is what I learnt when I started OMAD. When I first started, I open fast at about 2pm as that's what everyone tells me and that I should not eat this or that, etc, etc, etc. And guess what? I ended up caving into my cravings at night. I then decided to listen to my body and I OMAD when my body is screaming for food and its about 11.00am - 12.30pm and I eat whatever I want. That stopped my night cravings and it was so much easier for me. I also accepted that my body is very slow when it comes to weight loss. I just take OMAD as my new lifestyle and don't stress too much when I fall off the wagon. I just climb back up again. Good luck!
