Day 31: 35 minute brisk walk. I noticed some of our trees are starting to change; yay! I love autumn, it's my favorite season.

Day 32: attempted to walk outside again (still a little hot for me in the 80s can't wait until it gets to the low 70s over night). I pushed myself to do 36 minutes and I am planning on taking my daughter and the kids I watch swimming today. It's nice to see I have been improving. When I first started walking back in may, before it got too hot, I could barely handle 15 minutes and would be so sore the rest of the day I couldn't handle doing anything else. Now I can handle more and able to do more throughout the day not in pain

Day 32: 65 minute walk, part of it touring the cannabis farm and store - fascinating! also legal in Washington State - and the rest outside, enjoying the balmy evening. Now I'll rub a little of the salve I purchased on my arthritic hands, and head to bed.

It's ok to do small amounts, it's better than nothing at all  I have days I only do a 20-30 min video or walk. To me those are rest days in this challenge. I don't think I would still be doing this challenge if I didn't have short days sometimes and this challenge is helping me a lot. Even though I keep struggling with food and the doing good, then wanting to give up cycle I still have this challenge making me get the movement in.

Day 34: took a walk this morning (33 minutes). It was almost enjoyable until the sun came out at the last half and made it too hot lol.

Day 33: 20 minutes only, best I could do! Tired after the cannabis tour yesterday - but it sure was fun! Oh, and I have an appointment to meet with my PT specialist next Wednesday, finally gonna do something about this weak hip! I'll walk today, then log in for today, Day 34. We're one-third of the way thru this challenge...

Day 35: 35 minute walk. I almost gave up this morning, this is the first time I have thought about actually quitting. I just had a moment of not feeling well and being tired mixed with stress. I didn't want to do a video and I didn't want to get dressed and rush out the door for a walk in 85+ degrees already. I made myself get dressed and take the walk with my daughter so she could get some fresh air. I feel so much better and glad I didn't throw all of this hard work away and that's what made me do it. The thought of having to start over seemed a lot longer to me. On to the next struggle and staying on track today. I have had 3 days of struggling to get back on track so today I will do it!

Day 36: did a 35 minute walk with 2 minutes of stretching. I am enjoying walking outside just hate that it's still too hot for me even at 7-8am! I can't wait until it hits 70s overnight. I am going to try to walk on the days I can. It's hard on days I have the kids I watch so those are the days I will do videos.

Day 38, 35 minutes calisthenics doing PT with my trainer (ow) and 45 minutes brisk walk, for 80 minutes total. And then I fell asleep in my recliner. My son just woke me up, as he tiptoed out to his evening activities.
