@DEAN - Hate when that happens! Especially with an audience... Glad you weren't physically injured. :)

@ANACONDA469 - Yes, you sure should be proud of that! I'm proud of you too! That's a wonderful achievement!

Still hacking up some stuff and taking it easy. I've done a few easy miles on my exercise bike, but am itching to rev it up just a bit...but it just doesn't feel safe yet. Patience is not one of my strong suits.

Have a great day everyone!! :drinker:

Rain on frozen ground. Guess I'll have to resort to indoor miles.
@Dave - That's really hanging on! I can't believe it's not better by now. You are one patient dude to still be playing it safe. I'd have done something stupid by now.

Adding 1 mile, laps before HIIT class. Survived my first five day work week in my new job. I think this may be the first time I've ever worked five in a row like normal people.

Hi everyone. I'm back in Florida at last and it is warm here! I know some of you like winter, but I was pretty happy that the temp last night was in the high 60s and I slept with the windows open. And better still, I went for a run this morning! It was the first time in almost a month. I am still coughing stuff up but I don't feel sick anymore and it felt great to get some exercise. And wasting no time getting back into the swing down here, tonight is my crazy nighttime cycling club, so I'll be adding 12 miles or so to get myself back on track. Then tomorrow I'll bike to church. It's wonderful to feel well again.

@Dave - glad you are feeling better too. @Anaconda - sorry you had a bad day and hope tomorrow is better. Hope you are all well.

... back on track for now! Still finding it difficult with my foot - especially a while after the run but it definitely is starting to get ‘easier’!

Guess it's my turn to be sick. Thank heavens for cold meds. Better living through pharmacology.
