 It's a chocolate pudding pie I make from scratch....
 Whisk together in a saucepan 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 1/4 cups Sugar, 1/3 cup Corn Starch, 1/4 tsp. Salt and 3 cups milk...whisk continuously over med heat until it starts to bubble and then continue whisking for about a minute until thick...Remove from heat and whisk in 3 Tbsps. Butter and 1 1/2 tsps. Vanilla...Then I put it into the fridge until it cools and then put it in a cooked pie crust shell or you could eat it as a pudding 1 1

            That sounds AMAZING! I am definitely going to make that at some point! I wonder if it would work with Nutella...

 I don't think so but you could make a nutella glaze to go on top or you could mix nutella with cool whip and top it that way 1 1

 That sounds good, too! I was thinking of using the Nutella in place of some of the milk and getting rid of the sugar and cocoa. Maybe Nutella and a few tablespoons or so of milk and some of the cornstarch. I may play around with that. Either way, I will be making some type of chocolate pie now!1

            My max is 200. I was right there Monday morning. I was down to 198 this morning. Eating big for a few days in a row can add up quickly!0

            Brenda, are you having low carb meals on your OMAD days? I’m just amazed at how you can drop 3 pounds overnight! I can only manage 2 usually, and that’s with a water fast! Except for when I was LC/keto, of course.0

 I might do a really low carb day (Eggs and meat only) if I want to lose faster but lately I've just been eating a small plate...Sunday for my OMAD I had a a handful of chips and a hot turkey sandwich with miracle whip, stuffing and gravy, not sure how many carbs but I'm sure it was high...I think I have a higher loss after a Splurge day but then it slows down if I have a few OMAD days in a row.1
