hi ive just started am on my second day, enjoying it so far just got to get over being tired all the time.0

Hi @GemmaDillySkilly (nice username), this is a very supportive group. I started last month and it's been really good for me.
If you are tired, could it be because you're eating too little? For me, having too large a deficit is counterproductive. I just simply can't function and it slows me down too much.0 -
Name: bandwidthbandit (Don for short)
Weight: 303lb/137kg/21.6st (start)
284lb/129kg/20.4st (current)
Height: 6'0"
Goal: 225lb/102kg/16st (for starters)
Began OMAD: 01/10/18 (IF since 01/01/18)
Window: 5-7p.m.
I began the year on a 4:3 IF schedule. Last week my wife told me I was noticably irritable on my fast days. I don't know if she was correct or not, but I know 32 hours without food was pushing the limits of my comfort. I did some re-assessment, and decided to try this schedule to see if it was a better fit for me. So far I am loving it. Much more satisfying to eat every day, and since MFP doesn't have a good way to track IF, I can more easily see where I am at on this protocol vs. a 4:3 or 5:2 schedule. I am looking forward to this year, and hope to get lots of tips from the community here.2 -
