I got a purple vacuum sealed stainless steel bottle that I LOVE, keeps my water cold for 24 hours (well much less because I drink it more when it's cold) and I'd be traumatized if I lost that, but it'd be pretty hard, it's not exactly quiet when it falls over..I'd notice when it fell and rolled under something!
Lol, exactly! It's just more convenient and it's right there and you don't have to get up to get water. Maybe I should get a noisy water bottle too lol

Calories: A little bit above BUT I walked up and down stairs so much yesterday and was up on my feet all day going from class to lab to class that my thighs are sore today (Wednesday) so I must have shaved off some calories from that?

You know, I had issues with drinking water too, then I got an app for my phone that reminded me to drink water at intervals that I set so it helped get me into a habit and now I don't need the app anymore, I just drink my water.0 -

Maybe I'll have to try that - I just get so zoomed into my project I don't think of anything but it! And I think I need to get a LARGE cup so that I don't have to try to fit in 40 trips to the water cooler!1 -

Everything is not as I'd like to be but I'm still moving forward. The fall I had last week really put in a spin so I've been popping my pain meds. frequently and going to sleep (this is what I call pain-sleep coma) It's nit funny but I have to have some kind of humor in what I'm going through. I missed all my dr appts this week including my aquatherapy sessions due to lack if sniw removal and I cannot risk a slip n fall.

I was in the 170s before Christmas..... and then cookies happened. lol
So I was expecting to be 180 point something this morning, but nope! Somehow I managed to get my baby toe into the 170s! It's motivating. Which is good, because I didn't have any motivation last week!

Calories: A little over but only by a few calories so probably under considering how much I walked yesterday.
Water: I think maybe like 5 cups yesterday. Still need to go out and get that water bottle.
Exercise: Not intentional exercise- just walking from building to building around campus which I don't really know how to track.
On the bright side, I definitely think I'm going to meet my goal of 190 lbs by the end of the month. I'm about 3.8 pounds away and week 2 isn't over yet so I hope I can make it!2 -

Haha, the cauliflower party is a great party!!I like to fry it with a little butter and bacon and cheddar cheese and a little sour cream...like a loaded baked potato1 -

Tough day. TOM is kicking my *kitten*. And seriously short staffed at work. I didn't really want to workout today, but I had an appointment with my trainer, so I did, and it was a good thing. I did a kickboxing class with him after my session.0
