Went over on my calories, but I have no regrets. hahaha I was hungry in the afternoon and needed a snack. And dinner was DELICIOUS. So whatever. Guess I will be on the stairs all day today! haha2 -
I have a question, shouldn't we be moving the daily posts to the February thread now?
Nope, we're still in the January challenge until Sunday--Sunday is the official start date for February. All of the Biggest loser challenges run Sunday to Saturday so they may not line up perfectly with the beginning and end of the months.1 -
Argh.. dangitt. Distracted by my housemates coming home from holidays, I managed to forget to log a big 210cal coffee.. Only noticing after dialing my dinner in to the exact target I was aiming for. Came in under MFP's net goal just fine, but over my own personal goal for the first time in a month. And it had to be the day before weigh in too..
Meh, who am I kidding, I haven't lost anything all week again lol.
Oh well, I should know by now.. Log it when it happens.
