Feeling really tired, i think i'm just jet lagged though. Got a new fitbit charger and so far I haven't been very active. I've been in cars and planes for the last 26hours XD but hopefully over the next few days i can get my steps up to 6000, then 8000, hopefully i will reach 10000 by next week and will be sitting around that comfortably.

Get some rest and We all are ROOTING FOR YOUR SUCCESS!

Sadly this had nothing to do with diet and exercise. A nasty chest infection kept me down and out for most of the week. Today is a new day. Feeling much better and back to the gym.

It's never good being laid out with an illness but celebrate the loss and keep pressing forward and hopefully it stays off but don't beat yourself up if a few pounds comes back. STAY POSITIVE

@gjaholy33 & @AB0215 , thanks. Been planning my brides b-day for over 2 weeks now. We both took the day off so I could spoil her all day. I planned out the days meals so we could enjoy the day and know where we are with our goals.

Coming out of a crazy weekend..... but I'm back on track! We are doing a biggest loser challenge at work starting on Thursday. So now I have 2 biggest loser challenges to keep me on track!!
I am dedicated to losing as much as possible in Feb. I am in my sister's wedding this summer, and I want to be comfortable in a dress!
Slacking on my water so far today, but I will be chugging it this afternoon. I need to get back on my daily posts!

    Track: Yes
Calories: No, over. Will make up for this tomorrow.
Exercise: Not intentionally but went up and down stairs way too many times.
    Water Intake: 64 ounces

I wasn't that much over my calorie limit. It's pretty low (1200) so I don't feel terrible if I'm a little over because I still lose weight. But I'm really aiming to get out of the 190s this week- I'm SO CLOSE. So for the next 3 days before my weigh-in day I'm going to go really really hard and make sure to stay underneath so I can meet my goal! Wish me luck!
