    Exercise: no...feeling really blah. Unfortunately, because I didn’t exercise and I ate my calories early, I went over on calories. I guess today will be my cheat day?

    I like the question. Last week I did well getting exercise every day. What I can do better is food choices. I have been just barely making my calorie goal and still eating some sweets and junk. Meal planning would help! I am just not good at that, not yet.
