I forgot to take a picture of this, but here is a video showing almost what I made. The only differences are that I used cream cheese instead of sour cream, pork rinds instead of crackers, and I added a little cheddar cheese on top at the end. My proportions were also a little different. A bit more sausage and a bit less zucchini and no yellow squash.

That is a site where I have keto-fied many of the foods they make. It just comes natural now. I also have my preferences and figure if I like cream cheese more than sour cream, then why follow the recipe exactly just because that is what they did?0 -
I made this for dinner last night. It was 6 carbs for a huge serving. ( I don’t do net carbs) It was an impromptu throw together meal lol. Bless ya’ll! PS- If ya want any other LCHF/Keto/Low Carb friends feel free to add me! #workinprogress

anyone else notice how actually healthy these meals are in comparison to what the USDA guidlines are. I see tons of lean protein and vegetables. When your only carb source are fibrous vegetables you tend to eat more of them.
LC and LCHF diet in essence kind of takes away the guilt of eating fat.2 -

I have had people say things like, "so you don't eat vegetables?" To which I respond by showing what I have logged which shows I ate more REAL veggies than they do - celery, spinach, broccoli, cauliflower....just not the crap they eat - potatoes, corn, grains....6 -
Pork chop cooked sous vide then seared in screaming hot cast iron

I may have been sharing some of it... Homemade summer sausages, homemade soppressata, smoked colby jack and smoked Swiss cheeses. The cups hold homemade full grain mustard and slightly smoothed mustard. Oh, I made the board too... Lots of hobbies that work well with my WOE...

'Breakfast' at 3:30 pm = 4 tbsp of homemade chili (incl a few beans) leftover from hubby's lunch followed by a deeeelicious can of solid tuna in olive oil. Wonderfully yum but not photo worthy0 -
I'm skipping dinner. I found my way into a big bag of pistachios. Good news is, I'm not hungry.

I'll have to post some pics eventually...combinations include cottage cheese + scrambled eggs, cottage cheese + pistachios + almond butter (looks sick, tastes amazing), and my favorite fat bomb, scrambled eggs + cheddar + mozarella + coconut butter (for when my arteries need some "clogging"). I'm trying to be more stringent with fat intake currently, might take a while for some epic cheat days0
