I have a confession to make. I haven't actually weighed myself in 4 weeks....I just couldn't face the scale!! Three weeks ago, I didn't have a great week, so I just carried my weight over. Then two weeks ago, I had an even worse week, figured I put on a few and entered that new number. Again, last week just carried that number over. But something clicked for me on the weekend, and some of it had to do with the sunshine and the springlike weather. (Hopefully, not the whole reason as winter has come back with a vengeance!) I have been working really hard this week, logging my food, staying under and walking everyday. My real weight this morning was 159.6 pounds, one pound less than the last time I actually stepped on the scale!!6
