    So happy for my weight loss that I celebrated by having a gigantic dinner with lots of dessert haha. Not a good way to celebrate! Oh well, I have a whole week to make up for it now.

    Didn’t do too great - spent almost all day cleaning for guests that came over tonight. So I guess that counts as exercise but I didn’t track and I’m sure went over calories. New day tomorrow :)

    Fantastic loss...you should be happy!! A lot of people eat a little more on their weigh-in days; like you said, you have a whole week to undo any damage!!
