                    I read a comment in someone's journal that mentioned that it would be nice to see everyone's progress all in one place, and I thought that was a great idea! I know my journal can get pretty wordy, and it seems like it would be cool to have a place reserved especially for weigh-ins/progress.
Anyone else up for posting your weigh-ins/measurements/NSVs? Check-in frequency would be up to you, but I think it will be nice to see how we're doing across the board.

Yay for progress! I am weighing daily for now, but I will likely reduce the frequency once the fluctuations really pick up as I inch closer to goal.

I am down 13.5lbs since Feb. 9th. Some losses have been small but in two months I feel this is good progress. And like many have said, this isn't a diet, this is a WOE that I can continue!

Not real happy with myself about now, I don't need to keep losing, gaining, and losing the same pounds, I need to keep losing pounds. Lesson learned, I need to have more discipline when eating out. I can and I will. The next test for me will be tomorrow when we will be taking a couple out to dinner to celebrate their anniversary at Longhorn Steakhouse.
This is not a special occasion for me, sooooooo

            That is a good plan. I feel for me, if I am prepare before going out I do better. Last night we went to CHillis and i had planned for the sirloin, broccoli, and salad and I did great with that.
You are still doing great, hopefully those two pounds will be gone for GOOD this time!

            I managed to squeak out a 3.3 pound loss in March. April has got to be better. My weight today was 152.6 so April is starting out on a good note for me as well. We got this partner.2

Amazing April is on the way. Goal for April is to be at 173 by the end of the month. That is 10 pounds but I am going to push myself to do it! Thanks friends for your support along the way. Each of you are an inspiration!
