I have been doing 20 hr. Fasts but I am keeping my window open for too long. I am also doing KETO.1 -

Sorry I didn't get in yesterday. I was away visiting my mom. I helped her with lots of little jobs around her house. And we had a great visit. But it was a jam packed day! So I didn't track or exercise....but lots of walking and moving around. I drank about 100oz.
Back home now, so back in the routine!0 -

Sorry I dropped off the face of the planet- after that awful night my gallbladder was acting up, my 3 yo daughter got an awful cough/fever. Then my parents came into town because we had rented a cabin to go camping/fishing (complete cellphone deadzone!) I had a few dietary cheats this weekend with smores and cinnamon buns- but no more. I am home now and ready to resume my 21 day fix videos and keto. New week- more effort for me! Let’s do it!2

So I am back on track today. Actually did good for the most part. Tomorrow is my dad's funeral so I make no promises as the Repass will be held at my house. I will try to be mindful of how I handle my emotions as that's my downfall and makes me want to eat.

To all those trying to bookmark a thread, MFP seems to have an issue at the moment.
The error "You need the Vanilla.Discussions.View permission to do that." is appearing.
I have raised an issue with MPF support. Hopefully this will be fixed soon.
I will report back when this issue is resolved.
