    @Dean: Sorry about the tire. So far your recommendation of Gatorskin tires has worked fabulously for me on my rides. I always keep my fingers crossed.

    May 25: 3 hours of playing Capture the Flag in a hot sun today has me tuckered me out. Out running my second and third graders is getting tough. Forget fourth and fifth...they whoop my butt. I can still fend off the first graders...lol.

    @clepant - Funny thing is, I switched my commuter bike from Gatorskins to Schwalbe tires on the recommendation of the bike shop. I just switched tubes though to a larger size so we'll see if that makes a difference.

    @k80flec: I felt that way the first time I signed up for a half. I think you will find this first half a bit magical and amazing. I know you can so it girl.
    May 26: Cut grass twice today because it was a foot high at my dad’s house due to all the rain and me too busy or tired to get there after work.
