3 mile run yesterday followed by 2.5 miles of walking to the train station on our way to the airport. And that puts me at 77/75! GOAL
@taxmom9093 - So happy for you to have a "new" son in law. Sounds like they had a great time.
I'm back in Florida for a family wedding this weekend and it is still raining non stop here.1 -

Not sure I want to be the first post after numb butt. Added another 8.5 miles in the last 2 days for a May total of 109.5 miles.

Wow! Congrats to @BELLE_74, @LOVEMYALEX, @JTH11706, @SUFFERLANDRIAN, @LEANZ, @GRANDMAJACKIE and @VHUBER for making goal! :drinker:
@Kar0328 & @Janet - LOL!
Dave1 -
In retrospect, I should've kept my original goal! I guess I panicked and thought that I wouldn't be able to do it. I am actually over that goal by 2.8 miles today. We will see what today brings. I put in a lot of miles this past week really pushing myself. I was exhausted yesterday and my body was sore. I decided to sleep in this morning to try and rejuvenate. So, I will have fewer miles today but I am NOT quitting. I am ready for June!

Congratulations to everyone who finished out May, even if you didn't make your goal. The point is you are here and moving, that is enough.2 -

Waaaaayyy over target. Strangely enough, by my running miles! Had a fab day yesterday walking with my grandson (visit to the park!), Running Club Handicap run, a 4 mile walk to show a friend an alternate route home. Thank you for the positivity about my prospective Half next May. It’s the Liverpool Rock & Roll which allegedly has an amazing atmosphere. I’m certainly impressed by the T and medal I shall ‘Jeff’ it - I got a fantastic time on my 10 miler using the Galloway method (just sub 2 hours).
@Just_Ceci - an awesome bike ride, impressive on so many levels
@Clepant - it sounds like a fabulous day ..... and so typical of Dads, both wanting to pay the bill (sweeties, each and every one). I hope your last day went well - I’ll bet you needed a ton of hankies.
@vhuber - all that and you still managed a bike ride - you’re a ‘getting old - hah’ role model
@Dave - @ kar328 has a very valid point. Where is the gif/meme?? @JTH11706 cracked (no pun intended) it for you!!
@clp212 - rest days are soooo important
See you in June1 -
