    Hey friends! I did it! 100 lbs lost!

    50 weeks keto/intermittent fasting, and diligently logging into MFP/measuring meals.

    (The "after" photos are actually from 86 lbs lost & 95 lbs lost, respectively - but I was not feeling photogenic today so they are close enough, haha!)

    Srry for the late post. I'm just hoping this actually works. I've been unable to weigh, so I'm going off my last weigh on friday which was 243.8 and sadly a bigish gain.. Huge congrats @River_Goddess what a fantastic achievement, something to be really proud of.

    Well, I finally made it back to town, and it seems like not too late so I weighed in and it was much better than I thought.

    Exercise- not really- but did reorganize and declutter a closet this afternoon.

    Lazy day today- but much needed after and exhausting 4yo’s birthday party yesterday!!!

    Goals: Workout with my trainer today. Did a Snatch circuit, with 5 rounds, 65 lb snatches, 18 lb wall balls, step ups, and planks with a 25 lb plate on my back. This was a pretty intense workout.
    I need to get my *ss back in gear and start tracking my food again. In my defense, I've been really busy trying to plan and pack for my hubby's work trip this week and for mine when I fly out to meet him at the end of the week so we can have a mini vacay. I put him on a plane in the morning and I should be able to start getting back into my routine this week...well for 4 days until I leave, and I can't wait. I have always wanted to visit Universal Studios...and that's where I'm headed Friday!! YAY!

    Exercise:60 minutes weight training.
    Water Intake: 99 oz

    I'm really proud of you guys this week, well always really, but you guys are really setting the bar high this week;) Congrats to @lorib642 for a great loss already this week and to @River_Goddess, for your amazing transformation!!
