Calories? I know I'll be under today. Despite not tracking, I know I'm not over eating.
Exercise? 20,000 steps
Water? Yep, lots
I feel like I have lots to share but little energy for typing on my phone or dealing with the app. I've been struggling with tracking and haven'tbeen practicing my intermittent fasting... but I guess I'm okay with it. I've got a lot on my mind and heart this week. I've had a few cool NSVs but also a few bummer moments. If I dig out my laptop later I'll type you guys a better update.

The heat and humidity the last couple of days - ugh!!! It's too early in the summer for this! I wasn't sure I was going to get through much of a run this morning, but managed almost 8 miles. Fortunately tomorrow is looking like a beautiful day, and I'm planning to go to the ropes course!5 -

My daughter’s birthday party was today!!

Took a fitness break today. I didn’t even wear my Fitbit. Boy was that weird. I had my hair cut and coloured. Think I lost 5lbs of hair. Lol. Then groceries. Had a slurpee with vodka (oy) burgers (double oy) and now having a glass of wine. Was a nice break.

On Friday, I didn't track super carefully, but didn't got over my calories even though I went out for lunch. I did go to pound class and drank a ton!
On Saturday, I spent most of the day working in report cards! But I did go to pound class this morning!

Sorry haven’t posted in awhile life’s been Hectic been working out for the last 2 days watching what I eat. Fasting. If you would have asked me 2 yrs ago if I could go 24 with out eating I would have laughed at you. So I’m going to try at least 16-18 everyday with one 24 hr a week.

50 weeks keto/intermittent fasting, and diligently logging into MFP/measuring meals.
(The "after" photos are actually from 86 lbs lost & 95 lbs lost, respectively - but I was not feeling photogenic today so they are close enough, haha!)

Srry for the late post. I'm just hoping this actually works. I've been unable to weigh, so I'm going off my last weigh on friday which was 243.8 and sadly a bigish gain.. Huge congrats @River_Goddess what a fantastic achievement, something to be really proud of.1
