    • Wednesday: Back and Bis
    • Thursday: Rest (and binge unfortunately :sweat: )
    • Friday after work: Bike to work and back + 8km Run ! Woohoo !
    • Saturday: Bike to work and back + Build Shoulders
    • Sunday: Total Body Beast

    I might have a plan for July and August...
    A new, hard but worthit combo of workouts with the intent of :

    Keeping the new muscles engaged and happy until The September Project and enjoying running without goals on these summer months

    I want to enjoy my summer
    Maintain - ish
    And try and enjoy what my new body can do.
    WITHOUT PRESSURE ON MYSELF !

    My plan is 21 DayFix Extreme 3 days a week and then fun runs of whatever time 3 days a week too.

    Anyone ?

    I will immediately be looking at 21 day fix Extreme since I don’t know what is involved but I am always down to try something new. I am probably 2 weeks behind you right now so I have to calculate when I am do to finish. Are you going to follow the diet also or are we talking only the workout series? You would be working out still 6 days a week?

    I have been maintaining my weight for months now despite trying to lose and am thinking maybe a different approach is needed. You have never led me down the wrong road before! I am with you!

    No, no set meal plan for me this summer.

    Maybe for The September Project but not this summer.

    Just a different jolt on the body type of workout...

    I did it a few years ago and I miss it. It has a lot more stretching in it which I need but also the weight lifting and agility. I like them all combined and he is just amusing to me;)

    I started 21 day fix today. It has been a good break from beach body and I have been using my elliptical. Starting easy with 5 days a week and shorter workouts.

    Monday:Total Body Cardio Fix
    Tuesday: Upper Fix
    Wednesday:Lower Fix
    Thursday:Pilates Fix
    Friday:out of town
    Saturday:out of town
    Sunday: Cardio Fix

    I finally got my worksheets out and calculated where I am on the Workout calendar and it’s a good thing I did because I am on the first day of month 3. I see the workout routine changes here so my week is finally looking a little different than it has been.

    Plan for this week...

    Monday -Bulk back-DONE

    Wednesday -Bulk legs
    Thursday-build back/bis
    Friday-Beast cardio
