I will immediately be looking at 21 day fix Extreme since I don’t know what is involved but I am always down to try something new. I am probably 2 weeks behind you right now so I have to calculate when I am do to finish. Are you going to follow the diet also or are we talking only the workout series? You would be working out still 6 days a week?
I have been maintaining my weight for months now despite trying to lose and am thinking maybe a different approach is needed. You have never led me down the wrong road before! I am with you!1 -

I did it a few years ago and I miss it. It has a lot more stretching in it which I need but also the weight lifting and agility. I like them all combined and he is just amusing to me;)2 -

I started 21 day fix today. It has been a good break from beach body and I have been using my elliptical. Starting easy with 5 days a week and shorter workouts.
Monday:Total Body Cardio Fix
Tuesday: Upper Fix
Wednesday:Lower Fix
Thursday:Pilates Fix
Friday:out of town
Saturday:out of town
Sunday: Cardio Fix3 -
I finally got my worksheets out and calculated where I am on the Workout calendar and it’s a good thing I did because I am on the first day of month 3. I see the workout routine changes here so my week is finally looking a little different than it has been.
