Hello everyone!
My name is Jen and my current weight at the moment is 278.5. Since joining, my mood and health are healthy. I don't feel guilty about what I weight and not afraid of food like I used to. I am steadily using Hasfit and Fitness blunder chair workout if my ankle is hurting me but other then that, I do a 30 to 45 min workout. I am also starting to cook home cook meals for the family by finding recipes on here or in a magazine like women world or such.
I look forward to my first weight in this Sunday to show great results.2 -

I missed my weigh in yesterday!!! I was so busy with work and then a music Festival in my little town, that I completely forgot 🤦🏼♀️

Calories: over, went out to eat and did my best but the choices were all terrible!
Exercise: Yes, 45 minutes on the treadmill
Day: Had a fun evening with a bunch of girlfriends going to a comedy show and dinner. The restaurant was this southern style cafeteria and there truly was NO good choice. I did the best I could and I was super proud of myself for not touching any of the desserts or bread. I also didn't drink near enough water!
