8.1 lbs to my goal weight.... it feels like it's insight now and hoping I can get there before my birthday month (November)--that's my goal (that and without further injury!!!).

I have to figure something else out because apparently what I am doing is not working.
@kearyandjessy I was having that problem and I tried intermittent fasting (I always do 16:8 but at first I added a whole fasting day, and now I try to do 2 days of eating only one meal usually under 700 calories) , that really seemed to spark the weight loss again, you can also look at what you're eating and how much, sometimes you are inadvertently eating too much. Hang in there!3 -

@jcgator2016 Haha, next time, try it for a couple mins, slower, then slowly increase that amount, that's how I built up a tolerance to it.1 -
