    I have to figure something else out because apparently what I am doing is not working.

    @kearyandjessy I was having that problem and I tried intermittent fasting (I always do 16:8 but at first I added a whole fasting day, and now I try to do 2 days of eating only one meal usually under 700 calories) , that really seemed to spark the weight loss again, you can also look at what you're eating and how much, sometimes you are inadvertently eating too much. Hang in there!

    Haha. Very funny Ashley. :D I rather go night skydiving than get back on that rower. And I am scared of heights.

    @jcgator2016 Haha, next time, try it for a couple mins, slower, then slowly increase that amount, that's how I built up a tolerance to it.
