Just an update on what my eating schedule looks like nowadays...
I'm not counting carbs or calories. I'm keeping my eating window as short as possible because once I start eating it's hard for me to stop. My eating window will be between 4 and 8 hours. Some days I do OMAD only and then I will either have 1 or 2 water only days.
Last Week...
Friday............4 HW (Hour Window)
Saturday.......8 HW
Sunday.........4 HW
Monday........OMAD
Tuesday........8 HW
Wednesday...6 HW
Thursday.......Water Only1 -
@Brendalea69 I can relate, the eating window is my saving grace. At this point, can’t imagine life without this freeing limitation.
My water fast was yesterday into this morning. Feels good.1 -

I had my yearly physical this week and I was down a pound from last year I also was another inch shorter Since I've lost 2 inches in height over the last 2 years they are sending me to get a Bone Density Scan. My thyroid is showing hyperthyroidism this time so they lowered my dosage of medicine and it will be rechecked in 3 months. My blood sugar and Cholesterol levels were excellent

Wow, Brenda! My last TSH number 7.742, I think. I'm fixing to get checked again.
As for bone density, I wouldn't worry too much. You'd have other symptoms and wouldn't feel good if it were a problem, I'm thinking.1 -

My bone density test came back normal so that means no osteoporosis It still makes me worry and wonder why I would lose height so quickly0 -
