Once you start having more OMADs, the 1 pound will vanish easily! Don't be too hard on yourself!1

Brenda, you are a maintenance genius. I think one of your low-calorie days and a couple of OMAD days will get rid of that pound and get you back comfortably within your maintenance range.1

It's going ok Tracey...This is the week I'm supposed to be having more OMADS and less Splurge days but on my OMADS I've been eating a lot so we will see what Friday's weigh in says...I'm hoping for a pound loss to bring me back into range.0

I was 131 this morning so I will be doing OMAD everyday until I get back to 125 which is the low end of my maintenance range.0

My plan was to have no splurge days this week and I ended up having 2 This winter is kicking my butt, once I start eating I can't stop!!! I'm going to strictly eat OMAD today and tomorrow (A bowl of Chili) and Thursday will be a water only day. I'm hoping for 129 by Friday0

Thanks everyone for the good vibes...Final weigh in for the week is 130
My body is telling me not to Water Fast anymore. The next morning I'm feeling really dizzy and getting headaches and if I don't eat I feel that way all day. I used to lose 2 to 3 pounds a day drinking just water but lately it's only been 1 so I will just be sticking with OMAD and just keep some of them really low calorie.
I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend I'm going ice fishing for the first time and maybe my last
