    10/5 1 mile Walk 15 youtube video 15 minutes
    10/6 nada. Head cold and going to bed.
    10/7 1 mile walk 15 YouTube video 15 minutes
    10/8 nothing. Almost 6 hour drive and not feeling 100% wiped me out. Already in bed.
    10/9 nothing, still not well
    10/10 2 mile YouTube 4 mile power walk-first 2 miles 30 minutes

    Im joining this challenge because i need to loose this weight. Ive lost 37 pounds but now im stuck for the last 2 months. Any advices i really need it

    Hi Walking704, glad you joined us. Congratulations on your 37 lb loss. You are doing great. The only advice I would give is do NOT give up! Maybe eat 100 calories less each day. Or ad 10 minutes onto your walks. There are probably some good articles here on MFP regarding busting plateaus under the HelloHealthy blue link.

    10/5 .... 83 minutes doing a strength workout and an abs focused aerobic interval workout
