    Nope! My daughter’s! She requested pancakes for breakfast and breakfast for dinner. So it was a higher carb/fat day and lower protein. Was within calories though, so I felt ok about it! 😀

    you have to double check the verified ones too. I've had SO many that have the green check that are totally wrong.

    Goals- only goal was to complete exercise plan and I did it. yay me!
    Goal for Tuesday: 10000 steps (I have only met that goal once in the past three months so its a long shot!!)
