    Goals/day: Did not meet any of my goals except for water. I did drink plenty. Lazy day. Yesterday I was so tired I wad in bed by 8:30 and that never happens. Goal for the weekend is to get back to exercising and track again. Not sure how it'll go staying out of the goodies because there is still some leftovers.

    I just posted my weigh in. I lost 1.8 pounds. I am very happy with that, not only because of Thanksgiving week, but because of a foot injury that made me have to cut my running miles way back. I was scared I would gain this week, so I am thrilled with a loss.
