Calories: over--too many leftovers and we still have a house full of people and my husband's b'day is tomorrow.

Goals/day: Did not meet any of my goals except for water. I did drink plenty. Lazy day. Yesterday I was so tired I wad in bed by 8:30 and that never happens. Goal for the weekend is to get back to exercising and track again. Not sure how it'll go staying out of the goodies because there is still some leftovers.0 -
@lk2011 Well, that is one way to keep in your calories! I hope the colonoscopy comes back good, but gives you some answers at the same time.

I just posted my weigh in. I lost 1.8 pounds. I am very happy with that, not only because of Thanksgiving week, but because of a foot injury that made me have to cut my running miles way back. I was scared I would gain this week, so I am thrilled with a loss.

I had a wonderful thanksgiving. Exercised the days before to compensate for any weight gain. Ate mindfully. I still have my Wedding Anniversary, Birthday and Xmas to celebrate next month, so I knew that I could not overindulge .3

Goals/Day: Day started off well but was invited over to someone's home for football night. A tad over on carbs and used some of my exercise calories. I could have done a lot worse considering all the junk food that was there.2 -
It is party week! @12774 Glad to hear that you had an awesome Thanksgiving and were even able to mitigate damages. Hopefully next month won't hit you too hard especially if you keep your goal firmly set in your sight. @cdavisdeva Wow! Football night AND you're under!WTG!!1

Our pie and most of the leftovers (I think we still have some ham for sandwiches) is finally gone here too! I'm SO glad that I can finally get back to not stuffing myself! Drink up!1 -

I'm right there with you right now! I'm trying to drink tons of water and get all the sodium out of my system so that I can find out how much of this gain is real. The day after Thanksgiving was a +8lbs. gain and I have been eating massive amounts of sodium for the past week. Now, I am trying to mitigate the damage. Keep up with you water goal and you might find out it wasn't a total real gain. Good job on no pie too. I was lucky and had 2 guys to help get rid of all the food/sweets. (I still had my fair share too)1 -
