Thanks and I'm thinking maybe it's degenerative disc disease but thats just my opinion. I need to get back to the doctors to get it figured out soon but I'm a procrastinator0 -
After the holidays I'm going back into weight loss mode. Reason for the change is because I'm two inches shorter than I used to be, so now my BMI range is between 115 and 129.0

I had decided to, I'll explain down below0 -
I decided that I'm NOT going back into losing mode. I found a chart that goes by your frame size, and my ideal weight is between 125 and 140. I would like to be near the lower end of the chart so I'm going to change my maintenance weight range, it will now be between 125 and 135
This is where I found the chart...

Thanks for the chart! For me, 5’2” should be around 104–135. I am going for 110. Hope that I don't fall off the wagon again. Good luck with your maintaining

My doctor sent me for an x-ray on Monday and it shows that I have arthritis. She put me on muscle relaxers and pain meds and she is also sending me to physical therapy. Sadly there is no cure for arthritis, just pain management.0

Sorry to hear this Brenda. You can also try various complementary therapies in addition to the medical treatment.1

That stinks Brenda.....hope you start feeling better......Arthritis is no joke!
